The Dermapen treatment is a modern, minimally invasive method of skin rejuvenation and regeneration, based on microneedling technology. It involves the precise creation of microscopic punctures in the skin, which stimulates regenerative processes and collagen production. Dermapen is a device equipped with pulsating, thin needles that penetrate the skin to a controlled depth, which makes it a safe and effective procedure, tailored to the needs of different skin types. What does the procedure look like? Consultation and skin assessment - At the beginning, I conduct a detailed consultation to assess the condition of your skin and determine the objectives of the procedure. Dermapen works well in the treatment of various skin problems, such as wrinkles, acne scars, enlarged pores, discoloration, as well as in general skin rejuvenation. Skin preparation - Before the procedure, the skin is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Microneedling - Dermapen produces small punctures in the skin using pulsating needles. The depth of punctures is adjusted individually depending on the skin problem and the treatment area. Micropunctures stimulate the skin to intensive regeneration, triggering repair processes such as the production of new collagen and elastin. Application of preparations - Thanks to micropunctures, the skin becomes more absorbent, which allows for deeper penetration of active ingredients. During the procedure, specialized cocktails rich in nutrients, such as hyaluronic acid, vitamins, peptides or preparations supporting the treatment of scars or discoloration, are applied. Completion of the procedure - After the completion of microneedling, a soothing preparation is applied to the skin, which supports regeneration and reduces possible redness, and PDT therapy, i.e. light therapy supporting convalescence, will be used. What can you expect after the procedure? Improving the appearance of the skin - The effects are noticeable gradually. The skin becomes more taut, firm, and wrinkles and scars become shallower. The complexion gains a healthy and radiant appearance. Short recovery time - After the procedure, the skin may be reddened and slightly swollen, which usually disappears within 1-3 days. It is possible to slightly exfoliate the epidermis in the following days. Increasing the effectiveness of other treatments - Microneedling increases skin permeability, which improves the absorption of cosmetic preparations used during and after the procedure.
